Welcome to my site. I'm Claudia M. Burton, and I am a trial court judge in the Marion County Circuit Court in Salem, Oregon. As a Circuit Court judge, I hear a variety of cases. Some of the most frequent (but by no means a complete list) are criminal matters, divorce and child custody, personal injury, business disputes, and guardianships. Cases are assigned to me through the accounting department or the Marion County Circuit Court Annex.
